Ingredients

  • Lasagna dough strips (250 g)
  • Spinach (200 g)
  • Laminated mushrooms (300 g)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons of oil (45 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 glass of white wine (150 ml)
  • Cheese to melt (150 g)
  • 1 green pepper
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Bechamel sauce

Preparation

  • To start, cook the lasagna in a pan and add a little salt.
  • Likewise, cook spinach for 3 minutes and strain.
  • While the pasta is cooked, peel and cut the garlic cloves.
  • Then pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a pan and saute the garlic.
  • Then add the spinach and salt and pepper to taste.
  • In another pan, pour another tablespoon of oil, put half the chopped onion and add the mushrooms, add the glass of white wine.
  • Keep on fire until evaporating and season to taste.
  • Now prepare another sauce with the last spoonful of oil in the pan and add the rest of the onion with the chopped pepper.
  • Then pour in the tomato sauce and salt to taste.
  • Then place the lasagna on a tray, cover with a layer of mushrooms and on top another layer of lasagna.

  • Add the chili sauce and add another layer of lasagna.
  • Pour in the bechamel sauce and cheese to melt.
  • Finally, bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Ready!
