  • 2 scoops of brown sugar (30 g)
  • 3/4 cup of liquid soy cream (150 g)
  • 2 sheets of gelatin (20 g)
  • 1 large slice of pineapple
  • 4 spoons of honey (100 g)
  • 2 spoons of raisins (30 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of walnuts (30 g)
  • 3 mint leaves (optional) (5 g)

How to prepare this gluten-free dessert

  1. First, start with caramel.
  2. To do this, place the sugar with a little water (proportionate) in a small saucepan and let it melt.
  3. In another pan, in parallel, place one or several slices of pineapple and leave the heat low to heat and soften.
