The best way to enjoy the benefits of this green leafy vegetable is to prepare delicious spinach rolls. 

Like many of the green leafy vegetables, spinach is a food rich in vitamins, iron, calcium and fiber,  so it benefits the immune system to a great extent.

Spinach omelet

  

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 4 egg whites (200 g)
  • 1 large bunch of spinach

  • Wash the spinach thoroughly and separate the leaves from the stem.
  • Cut the leaves into small pieces.
  • Using a food processor or blender,  blend all ingredients into a light paste.
  • In a hot pan, previously greased with oil, pour a ladle of the spinach mixture until it forms a kind of cake.
  • Cook well on one side and turn to cook on the other side.
  • Once cooked, place on a plate and fill with sautéed vegetables or chicken strips.
  • To roll, fold the bottom end of the omelet toward the center, then each side up.
  • You can make as many spinach rolls as you like or need (depending on the number of guests).

  • 1 boiled egg
  • ½ avocado (50 g).
  • ½ carrot (10 g).
  • 1 small pumpkin (150 g).
  • ½ tomato (20 g).
  • 2 large spinach sprigs
  • Salt, pepper and olive oil to season (to taste).

  • Saute in a pan with a little salt, pepper and oil.

  • Add egg, avocado, and tomato pieces cut into small cubes.

Lasagna From Spinach

  

  • ½ cup of milk (150 ml)
  • 2 large bunches of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of beaten egg or cream to make pancakes (100g)

  

  • ½ carrot (10 g).
  • 1 piece of cucumber (10g)
  • 150 g of cooked chicken breast.

  • After washing the spinach leaves thoroughly, cook them for about five minutes in boiling salted water.
  • Strain,  let cool and beat together with milk and egg until a thick paste.
  • In a hot pan, drizzle with oil and pour a ladle of the prepared mixture to cook the omelets.
  • Cook on both sides for an attractive golden hue.

  • Once you’ve mastered the technique, you  can make as many spinach wraps as you like.

  • ½ avocado (50 g)
  • 150 g of natural tuna
  • 1 piece of cucumber (10 g)
  • 2 large bunches of spinach
  • The condiment of your choice (salt and oil or a vinaigrette).

  • Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, let them dry, and place each one separately.
  • At one end of the sheet, place half of the tuna.
  • Add the avocado and cucumber cut into small pieces.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Roll the sheet like a sushi roll by pressing hard to prevent it from opening.
  • Cut the slices and repeat the procedure with the other sheet.
