Its composition is very simple: a tortilla and filling. And the best part: the meal is easy and quick to prepare, in just seven minutes. So, check out some wrap recipes below.

Texan Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 red tortilla;
  • ΒΌ of an onion;
  • 80 g of filet mignon;
  • 50 g of light mozzarella;
  • 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce;
  • 5 American lettuce leaves.

Method of preparation:

Broil the onion, then add the filet mignon, light mozzarella and barbecue sauce. Pour the filling over the heated tortilla, then cover it with iceberg lettuce. Wrap the wrap and serve.

Filipino Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole tortilla;
  • 110 grams of chicken fillet cut into cubes;
  • 2 tablespoons of grilled leeks;
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese;
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine;
  • 1 pinch of chilli pepper;
  • 2 iceberg lettuce leaves;
  • 1 purple lettuce leaf;
  • 3 watercress leaves;
  • Salt to taste.

Method of preparation:

In an already heated pan, grill the chicken with salt and chilli pepper. Add onion and leeks. Add white wine and then the cream cheese. To finish, open the tortilla, add the filling and green leaf mix, and roll to serve.

Mineiro Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 red tortilla;
  • 100 grams of filet mignon cubes;
  • 50 grams of grated light mozzarella;
  • 1 tomato;
  • Juice of half a lemon;
  • Arugula leaves;
  • Olive oil, salt and oregano to taste;

Method of preparation:

Cut the tomato in half, discarding the seeds and in a mold season with oil, salt and oregano. Roast the tomatoes until tender and then cut into medium cubes. Quickly heat the tortilla in an oil-free skillet and set aside.

Then mix two tablespoons of olive oil with lemon juice and set aside as well. In a skillet, grill the filet mignon cubes with a little salt and then add the mozzarella to melt.

Open the tortilla and add all the ingredients, including the arugula leaves, adding a little oil with lemon. After that, cut in half to serve.

Peruvian Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 4 heaped tablespoons of tuna salad;
  • 1 green tortilla;
  • 5 slices of light mozzarella;
  • 4 medium sized lettuce leaves.

Ingredients for tuna salad:

  • 3 heaped tablespoons of canned tuna;
  • 4 slices of chopped onion;
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil;
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil;
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped tomatoes.

How to prepare the salad:

All you have to do is mix all the ingredients well.

Method of preparation:

Melt the mozzarella on a plate and place it on the open tortilla. Add the tuna salad and close the wrap. Roll the bread, closing the edges. Then cut it in half and serve.
