  1. The first thing you should do is clean the fish, that is, remove the viscera and pimples as much as you can.
  2. You can cut it into fillets, or simply make an opening to introduce the vegetables.
  3. After that, in a baking dish, put all the spices and garlic, pour in the white wine, the oil, and the lemon juice. Stir a little so that the ingredients are integrated.
  4. Then place the fish on the pan, and turn it over to soak up the juice from the mixture.
  5. Finally, sprinkle some fresh parsley on the fish, and cover with the wrapping paper. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours, so you can marinate overnight.

Preparation of roasted sea bass

  1. First, peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into slices (no more than 2 centimeters thick).
  2. Afterwards, cut the onions into thin slices (these can also be large pieces), and place them in a bowl with the potatoes.
  3. Next, remove the sea bass from your refrigerator, and drain just a little of the juice into a small glass (you’ll need this liquid later).
  4. At the same time, preheat the oven to 190°C.
  5. You must bake everything on the same tray that you marinated the fish. Add potatoes and onion around the fish for flavor.
  6. Before roasting, spread the green peppers evenly, and cover the tray with aluminum foil.
  7. Remember that if you haven’t cut the fish into fillets, what you should do is fill it with potatoes, onions, peppers, or other ingredients you have chosen.
  8. Place in a preheated oven and bake at the same temperature. After 10 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and bathe the sea bass in the marinade liquid.
  9. Finally, turn until the ingredients are browned, and the juice has dried a little.
  10. Finally, remove from the oven, let it cool a little and serve. Enjoy a delicious roasted sea bass with vegetables.
