. To make the dough, you’ll need a spiral vegetable cutter, which you can purchase online or at an appliance store.
Ingredients
- 3 zucchinis (500 g)
- 2 red peppers (optional)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
Preparation
- First, turn on the spiral cutter. Place the previously washed and peeled zucchini on one end.
- Thus, you will notice that the equipment has a crank at the other end. To give it a “zoodle” or noodle shape , you’ll have to turn the crank so the dough starts to fall out.
- Also, repeat the process with all . Place them on a plate and season with salt and pepper.
- Finally, do the same with all the peppers and place them on the plate with the zucchini dough.
- Although cooking is not necessary, you can steam or sauté them.
to brown and add more flavor to the palate. This option is one of the most used in the recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 zucchinis (500 g)
- 2 large red peppers (350 g)
- 2 large red onions (300 g)
- 1 big carrot
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
Preparation
- First, pass the zucchinis in the cutter, one by one . Remember that it is not necessary to cut or peel them as the equipment does all of that.
- Then, put them on a plate and set aside.
- Also, heat a pan over low heat with a little oil.
- On the other hand, pass the peppers in the cutter, but without putting them on the plate afterwards.
- Each of the ingredients (onions, carrots, etc.) must go through the cutter too, to be in the same shape as the zucchini.
- Instead of putting them in a bowl, you should sauté them for about 2 minutes in the pan, stirring.
- Fundamentally, do not add salt, pepper or any other flavoring to the ingredients while they are in the pan to avoid altering their structure. Leave to season them at the end and add them to the vegetable mass.
- Finally, mix it up and bon appetit!
