  • Remove from heat and add the rolled oats, mix until everything is covered and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  • Then, with an ice cream scoop, place portions of the mixture on baking paper, and lightly flatten with the back of a tablespoon.
  • Let them cool for approximately 1 hour at room temperature, to speed up the process you can put them in the fridge for 20 minutes.

2. Oat and banana pancake

This is another essential oatmeal recipe at home. It is a great alternative for a healthy, tasty and protein-rich breakfast. It is ideal for those who take care of the physique  without leaving aside the good taste and flavor.

Ingredients

For 2 people:

  • 1 tablespoon of honey (5 ml)
  • 3 egg whites (90 ml approximately)
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla (5 ml)
  • 2 large bananas (400 g approximately)
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (5 g)
  • 2 cups of flaked vein (500 g)
  • ½ cup of water (125 ml)

Preparation

  • In a container, place the cup of milk.

  • 1 cup of grated coconut (250 g to taste)

Preparation
