  3. When the chicken is cooked, cut it into small pieces.
  4. Finally, add everything in the salad bowl: the chopped chicken, the apple, the pineapple, the celery, the walnuts.   • 200 g of puff pastry (ready dough)

Method of preparation

  1. Place the puff pastry in the oven until golden.  Then, on it, grease the cream of your choice: heavy cream or natural yoghurt. If you prefer, grease it with a jelly suitable for diabetics. Add the pine nuts and raisins to the cream.
  2. Cut the pineapple into small slices and place on top of the puff pastry and the ready-made cream. Bake for 10 minutes so that the pineapple is hot enough. After that, you’ll be ready to try. It’s a simple, healthy dessert. In fact, so healthy that even diabetics can taste it.

  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 bit of kirsh
  • 4 bananas
